Our 5 Level Career Program includes:
- Field training- work with lead technicians and learn firsthand what the industry has to offer
- Online & classroom training
- EPA & NATE training
- On site Proctor for EPA and Nate testing
- Learn and advance at your own pace. The program guides you through the stages of becoming an entry level 1 service technician through an advanced Level 5 service technician. Each level provides you with advanced knowledge and advanced pay. Join in where your current skill set is.
- Pay ranges from $15.00 - $35.00 depending on experience.
